Official Rules and Regulations
Sponsor
The sponsor of the Bourbon Raffle is Bravo Zulu Adventure Group (BZAG), a registered nonprofit organization (EIN: 92-1065829). Tickets may be purchased online at www.bzag.org starting March 17, 2026. Ticket sales will continue until June 27, 2026, or until sold out. The drawing date, time, and location are subject to change at the sole discretion of BZAG.Eligibility
Participants must be at least 21 years of age to purchase a ticket. By purchasing a ticket, entrants confirm their eligibility and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.Attendance at the Drawing
The winner does not need to be present to win. Anyone who purchases a ticket may attend the live drawing; however, attendance must be pre-arranged as venue capacity may be limited.Odds of Winning
If sufficient tickets are sold, at least 1 in every 30 tickets will result in a winning entry. Actual odds of winning depend on the total number of tickets sold and the number of tickets purchased by an individual.Ticket Purchase Limit
There is no limit to the number of tickets an individual may purchase.Winner Notification
BZAG will notify winners using the contact information provided at the time of purchase. Winners of one of the ten main prizes must respond within 24 hours of notification to claim their prize. All winners, including main prize winners, must pick up their prize within 30 days of notification. Failure to respond within 24 hours (for main prize winners) or to pick up any prize within 30 days will result in forfeiture of the prize, which may then be retained, re-raffled, or donated at the sole discretion of BZAG. A list of winners will be made available upon request.Prizes
This raffle includes ten (10) main prize packages and additional secondary prize winners. No substitute prizes or cash equivalents will be awarded. All prizes must be accepted as awarded. BZAG reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control require doing so.Prize Pickup
Prizes will not be shipped. Winners or their designated representatives must pick up prizes from BZAG. A valid government-issued photo ID showing proof of age may be required at the time of pickup. Winners are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws regarding the possession and transportation of alcoholic beverages.Publicity Release
By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, photograph, voice, and/or likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation or prior approval.Liability Waiver
By purchasing a ticket and/or accepting a prize, participants agree to release and hold harmless Bravo Zulu Adventure Group (BZAG), its affiliates, directors, officers, volunteers, employees, agents, sponsors, partners, and event venues from any claims, liability, damages, or injuries arising out of participation in the raffle, attendance at raffle-related events, acceptance or use of any prize, or violation of these Official Rules. Participants assume all responsibility for compliance with applicable laws and for any taxes or reporting requirements associated with prizes received.Changes to Terms
BZAG reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the raffle, or change any terms, conditions, policies, or guidelines at any time if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or to ensure the integrity of the raffle.Miscellaneous
This raffle is governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska. Any disputes or claims arising from the raffle will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Nebraska.
